Tom Anderson

Tom brings an international perspective and extensive commercial experience to legal recruitment, with a particular focus on the Los Angeles market.

After graduating from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles with a degree in Business, Tom built a career spanning entrepreneurship, property development and international sports representation, including founding and successfully exiting his own business.

Drawing on his experience working with senior executives, investors and business owners, Tom specialises in confidential partner-level appointments, strategic hires and practice expansions. He takes a discreet, relationship-driven approach, focused on understanding the long-term objectives of both clients and candidates.

Outside of work, Tom is passionate about sport, particularly rugby, football and basketball, as well as travel and cooking.
