Matthew du Caurroy Tribe is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of HIA Legal.

Working between London and New York, Matthew has more than 20 years’ experience in international executive search. He specialises in complex lateral partner moves, team migrations, practice group expansions and law firm mergers, with a particular focus on the US legal market.

Matthew regularly advises AmLaw 100 and Global 100 law firms across New York, Washington DC, Houston and other major US legal centres. Throughout his career, he has developed long-standing relationships with law firm leadership and senior partners, providing strategic advice on partner recruitment and practice growth.

Having previously held director and board-level positions at international executive search consultancies in London, Dubai, Sydney and Singapore, Matthew brings a discreet, analytical and commercially focused approach to every assignment.
