Fred Harrison joined HIA Legal in 2026 after graduating from Durham University with an Upper Second-Class Honours degree in Theology and Religion.

He was drawn to legal recruitment by the opportunity to work closely with people and help shape successful legal careers. Fred enjoys supporting both candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process, building trusted relationships and delivering positive outcomes.

Outside of work, Fred is a keen cricketer, having represented Durham University 1st XI and continuing to play in the Surrey Premier League. The competitive nature of the sport has instilled in him a strong drive to succeed while reinforcing the importance of teamwork, collaboration and dedication.
