Our recruitment process

Drawing from our own extensive experience, both in recruitment and law, we help your business make the right hiring decision
and assist you every step of the recruitment process. Our recruitment process is standardized and GDPR compliant. We utilize the latest recruitment software and have a live database of of over 3500 lawyers. Our screening process is methodical and structured, all candidates are interviewed in depth ( face to face where possible) or via phone or skype VC. As part of our compliance policy academic transcripts are requested from all our candidates along with up to date and checkable references. We also offer a full reference checking service on behalf of your organisation.

 

Your company information and and data is treated in strictest confidence. Many of our client roles are of a sensitive nature and as
such we work in a discrete and highly confidential manner. At HIA Legal we are fully GDPR compliant and as an organization are registered with the ICO. Our ICO reference is available upon request.
