Nick Lewis is a Consultant at HIA Legal, supporting legal recruitment and market intelligence across the firm’s specialist practice areas. Alongside his role, he is completing a BSc in Business Administration and Management at the University of Exeter. Experience
Nick joined HIA Legal as a Consultant in June 2026, where he supports recruitment assignments, market research, and talent mapping for leading law firms. He works closely with colleagues to deliver strategic recruitment solutions while developing a strong understanding of the legal sector.
Prior to joining HIA Legal, Nick worked at West Hill Golf Club, contributing to course maintenance and operations as part of a dedicated grounds team. This role strengthened his teamwork, discipline, and attention to detail.
