Cameron Bell joined HIA Legal in 2024 as a Senior Consultant, bringing an international perspective and a strong understanding of the legal recruitment market.

After completing a bachelor’s degree at Lander University in South Carolina on a golf scholarship, Cameron began his career in global legal recruitment, specialising in placing top legal talent within private practice across London, New York, Los Angeles and Washington DC.

Working closely with both law firms and legal professionals, Cameron is committed to building long-term relationships and delivering tailored recruitment solutions that align with the strategic goals of both clients and candidates.

Outside of work, Cameron remains passionate about golf and represents the Surrey Men’s Golf Team, where he enjoys the competitive nature of the sport.
